I'm a rheumatologist.

I work from a house I have ( not my home ), and have no employees.

I also visit other places where they do the bookings and collect

payments etc. I pay them for the rent of their rooms and admin.

My overheads are about 10% overall but clearly higher at those rooms

where I visit.
