Guest guest Posted January 9, 2008 Report Share Posted January 9, 2008 sometimes i whine and get sad here is a how it can be story I have a patient that i took last maybe summer event though i was closed to medicaid becasue he is the husbdan of the MA i had whenI was an intern and she called .Remeber internship? ANyone who was nice to you is remmebered forever So greg has had a zillion workups and long story after extrmee angst i order my first ever tilt table test becasue i think he has POTS which he does . he has essential HTn also .and some other stuff So i am having now a hard time ,thoguh i got through making a dx , geting him to feel w ell.Greg really feels bad. ANyway i call MArk Mark is a cardiologist MArk tells me 1 helpfully. how hard these folks can be 2 gives me some ideas 3 digresses ou t to periphereral vasc disease and how to do ankle brachial indexes in the office( been thinking baout it never have gotten around to it) ddi i know i could get paid for that? jean he says if you don;t find the code call in my office she will tell you how to get paid. then says 4 he is doing a lunch timelecture today across the street on some of this come see him etc Some specialists are smart fun thoguhtful help me take care ofpeople and the setting was he said actually I have had about 60pages this moringin not sure i am gonn a make it to the lunch lecture, but he never sounded busy or rushed.
