Basically, we hang out together in our spare time, read inspiring messages and quotations, learn how to do affirmations (if we don't already know how), support each other when we can, and share uplifting inspiring stories. Be sure that you check out the affirmations site on the yahoo webpage and go to the left-handed column, and click on " Messages " and it will bring up ALL the messages that are in our groups archives -- from the newest to the oldest. Click on any of those to get more information, and/or to see how the group has worked in the past. If you have any more specific questions, don't hesitate to ask!
