Thanks for sharing, I think it's worth remembering this every day!

I am what I think. This makes so much sense and I intend to apply this principle

to my thinking. ;)

Colleen FANTASTIC! And so true. My dad used to tell me I could do anything I put

my mind to and and he totally believed it. If things didn't always turn out the

best he'd ask me if I had tried my best (now I know that the question could have

meant 'had I set my mind to it/hD I believed in myself). Thanks for sharing!

Just now reading Eckhart Tolies book " The New Earth " and that is what I am

getting from his book. We do to much thinking and not enough being in the

present moment.

I second that, Constance! Sometimes I wish I had an on/off switch for my brain.

I'd probably be a lot happier (and thinner!) without all that constant negative

chatter.
