Guest guest
LOL! Looks like yesterday was a great day to run! My April 30 5k (3.1mi) was 35.50... 2 minutes off my previous personal best. :-) Made me think seriously for the first time about aiming for 30 min.... Maybe I will, maybe I won't. For me, the reason I run isn't speed--it's to make sure that when I go to my favorite music festival (coming up this month), I can dance longer than the 20-somethings. :-) Oh, yeah. It's also truly healing for the fat asthmatic inner child.... ________________________________ To: insideoutweightloss Sent: Sat, April 30, 2011 8:36:54 PM Subject: Workout - April 30  Hi Everyone, Today I did one of my favorite activities - I ran outside!! The weather has been so utterly miserable this month that today was my first time running outside this year. I ran 3 miles in 24:50, which averages to roughly 7.2 miles per hour! I'm so happy!! I was expecting to be right around 7mph or just below. Not only was I faster than expected, but I felt really good during my run and had energy to spare. If I were going for speed, I could have pushed myself more. Hope everyone has a great weekend! With love, Yuna
