Guest guest
Hi , One of the best aspects of IOWL as far as I'm concerned is the underlying assumption that sometimes you WILL mess up--and that IT'S OK. As long as you self-correct in a gentle, positive way (as opposed to the binge-purge extremes), you are naturally slender. Or naturally fit? trim? or whatever adjective the guys in our group prefer. :-) Anyway, maybe you can take some time today to sit with that fear, and remind yourself that if you don't mess up, you won't learn.... ________________________________ To: insideoutweightloss Sent: Thu, May 12, 2011 2:07:31 AM Subject: Re: New to the group and looking for a buddy!!! Thank you so much! And today makes 11! And congrats to you for 9 months...that is AWESOME! I hope to say the same thing in 8 and a half months This morning, I had this overwhelming fear of " messing up " because my negative self-talk tells me that anytime I am on track, I will fail. I have to just remember that they are just emotions and not real. > > Welcome , and congrats! I also know how HUGE it is to go binge-free.
