Guest guest Posted May 5, 2011 Report Share Posted May 5, 2011 o.k. - that works! I just know that one of the guys at the gym asks me every time he sees me how my running is going (I've been using the couch to 5k program on the ipod to practice 3 times a week and he's been following my bumpy road!) -- and I think I might have given up (I've had to repeat week four twice now as I seem to have hit the wall in getting 5 rounds of the 5 minute run cycles out of myself!!) except I know he will be asking -- so sometimes he is more my incentive than I am to myself !! and when I thought about that (knowing Rob will be asking), I thought maybe I could do the same to / for you ... check on you randomly to see if it's working out!
