Mine is to take care of myself and treat myself like I would expect a good

mother to take care of a much loved child.

How did you nourish yourself like a loving mother to child?

My intent was tested and it failed. >:o

I nourished no one with any except food.

Discovered some interesting perspectives during my reading that I may apply to

two or three avenues of life. One good thing.

Well today, if I make through the rest of the evening I will have fed myself in

a relatively healthy way and not engaged in any eating disordered behaviors. 

I am grateful you checked on how successful I was because I had eaten a healthy

breakfast but had only snacked on watermelon the rest of the  day.  I had

immersed myself in busy tasks that had kept me preoccupied and not thinking

about hunger.  When I checked my emails and saw your post I actually checked in

with my body and stopped to take care of it by fixing a healthy, normal

portioned meal for myself. 

I have been rather manic in my behavior today and have been cleaning, painting,

organizing and trying to do more than is probably healthy. So right now I am

choosing to stop with the intent to relax as I would encourage a loved child to

do after a very, very hard working day.

I have been feeding myself very healthy foods but eating way too much!
