Guest guest Posted May 21, 2011 Report Share Posted May 21, 2011 thanks for sharing! try to think of some ways to relax; i'm sure you know a few! off the top of my head... how about a walk in nature, a cup of tea (which i am doing now), spending time with a pet or a friend, reading a book, INHALING AND EXHALING CONSCIOUSLY... yoga, a hot bath... soup! lying down and closing your eyes.. watching a little TV.. going to sleep (that's a big one for me)... making a gratitude list (grateful for all of you on this beautiful saturday morning!!)..
