Guest guest
Hi there, everyone. My name is A'mee. I found this group in a kind of roundabout way -- my mom told me about the podcast after it was recommended to her by her dietician. I began listening to the podcasts and... wow. This is the stuff I have needed to work on for a VERY long time. I've done the whole " try every diet plan under the sun " thing (like most here, I'm guessing) and nothing ever sticks. I'll lose 50, gain back 75. Frustrating, to say the least. I think it's no coincidence that I have discovered the group and at this point in my life. I'm in the process of making quite a few life changes, including pursuing my dream of becoming a writer. I look forward to talking to and learning from everyone here. Thanks for having me! Guest guest
Welcome b! I'm a die hard do-it yourselfer too. I think thats partly our generation- I'm 47. I'm not horribly over weight either, but I sure am weird around food. I have a gluten intolerance, and I keep making myself sick with what I eat. I even think about this while putting the food in my mouth. My daughter made apple pie last night, and said just don't eat the crust. You would think that I could do that. But theres that person inside who feels sorry for myself, and doesn't want to have to grow up and behave differently than I want to behave. Now i'll spend the whole day waiting for the difficulties to begin iowl_good_day wrote: >Hi >I'm 51 and I live in the Chicago area. > >I've been listening to 's podcasts for 3 years, but not really doing the work in a lasting way. Guest guest
Welcome! Do you mean that you don't get any signal--satisfied, full, stuffed? I was like that--I could feel hunger, but I didn't realize I'd had enough until I was way over. The Appetite Adjuster download helped a lot. >________________________________ > >To: insideoutweightloss >Sent: Saturday, December 31, 2011 5:50 PM >Subject: Introduction > > >Â >Hi >I'm 51 and I live in the Chicago area. > >I've been listening to 's podcasts for 3 years, but not really doing the work in a lasting way.
