Colleen - that's a good idea! I will wait for a groupon-esque offer and

try the same thing. I do get to do 1 kettlebell class per week so 1

crossfit would be good, too. :) I'm sure I'd upset the owners or true

" box people " but oh well.

Back to legumes.. Really? Hrm.. I googled it and the consensus is that

if they affect you in a negative way, then you shouldn't eat them.

Obviously I like my beans. :) Actually, I just like food.

It's tough, you know? Many talk about how great soy is for us. Then the

flip side is that they have phyto-estrogen AND they are now genetically

modified and evil.

*sigh*
