I do get to do 1 kettlebell class per week so 1 crossfit would be good, too. I'm sure I'd upset the owners or true " box people " but oh well. Back to legumes.. Really? Hrm.. I googled it and the consensus is that if they affect you in a negative way, then you shouldn't eat them. Obviously I like my beans. Actually, I just like food. It's tough, you know? Many talk about how great soy is for us.
