Guest guest
First, I would like to thank the Moderator for accepting me as a member of your group. My name is Ted and I am 46 years old. My Story: Last year, as a I was randomly searching for Podcasts that were interesting to listen to on my commute I ran across 's Inside-Out Weightloss Podcast and I was hooked. I got off my behind and decided to take control of my body and my life. I was 219 pounds on a 5 foot 8 frame. Today I am 175.4 (this morning's weight) and I feel a lot better. I did it by controlling my calorie intake, getting back into the gym after 10 years of not being there and thinking before ingesting. However, I am not done. The " problem " with losing weight is that the body remains soft in some areas, like the stomach, so I am looking to become more defined as they say. I want to be part of a group of people I can help support in their quest. It is not an easy road. Changing the course of one's life is a lot like steering the Queen ; you can't just turn on a dime. I am also looking to receive inspiration from you, the members, for when I am about to fall back into one of those mental places that I am constantly pulling away from but seem to have their own gravitational pull. Thank you again and I look forward to reading your stories and participating in your conversations. Ted
