Whoot! On stopping.. So what if the voice came from an outside source

instead of inside.. Next time you might hear him say it.. That comment can

become a positive part of your " committee " . :)

I had to chuckle when I read this. I have had these revelations, too.

Once, back in college, I was sitting around with some friends and someone

mentioned 's hamburgers. I said that I thought they had the best

french fries... one of the girls said she had never tried them! It doesn't

sound like much, but that moment was the first time I even considered you

could get a burger without french fries! lol Of course, back then I was

skinny and just felt sorry for her for being so deluded. Now, 20+ years

laters I need to lose 50 lbs. and still think I should eat french fries with

my veggie burgers! Ugh!! btw, grats on the bowling win!

Thanks, Patti! I'm interested by my thought processes, and I'm hoping

that somehow that helps CHANGE them...
