Article: A Powerful System to Getting Yourself

Back on Track After Overeating

Do you have moments where you overeat or gobble everything

in site and this overeating lends itself to more eating? Before

you know it, your well intended self has gained pounds

of frustration and irritation.

Well not anymore!

I have developed a powerful 4-part system that I want to

summarize that will get you back on your feet living naturally

thin and feeling fantastic! There?s no reason a small overeating

or binge episode can?t be dealt with quickly so that you are off

to living the thin life that you so deserve.

Here is my powerful 4-part system to quickly turn your

overeating or binge moments around in just a few

minutes:

1. Acknowledge Your Feelings and Connect to Hope

Nothing good comes out of beating yourself up and getting

angry with yourself after you?ve overeaten or binged. Yes,

I know, you?re mad at yourself because you?ve been trying

to get some added pounds off and this binge wasn?t in

your ?thin plan? at all!

By just acknowledging your disappointment in yourself

and honoring the upset feelings you have inside you

for overeating, you will immediately lessen the power

the overeating episode had over you ( a key ingredient).

Once you?ve felt your feelings, now connect to the hope of

being in a thinner space with your body. Get excited about

wearing smaller clothes, seeing your larger parts tone down

and connect to the fact that this was just a slip up, not a

character flaw. You are learning about yourself and the

process of eating like a slim person, and so slip ups are

normal.

Take a moment and connect with the hope and excitement

that you are becoming the thin and slim person that you

most desire.

2. Get Your Mind Back In the ThinWithin.com Game

Immediately use your ThinWithin.com focusing tools like guided

meditations, audios from ThinWithinU or your visioning techniques

to refocus you into a space of excitement, possibility and power.

This is the time to ignite your energy through visualization,

meditation and powerful mind shifting techniques. You want

to do this so you can get your mind on board and see what

is possible for your body, that thinness absolutely is your

right, and the naturally thin you is right at your fingertips!

3. Get Focused

Now that your mind is excited, motivated and ready to take on

thinness, pull out a piece of paper and quickly jot down 2-3

action steps you?d like to engage in within the next 24 hours.

This could be movement, buying certain foods, or refocusing

your actions to eat like a naturally thin person.

Once you've jotted these actions steps down on paper, you will be

much more likely to take action then if you did nothing at all.

4. Come on Thinness Here I Come - Take Action

You?ve worked beautifully with your mind, you know the precise

action steps you?re going to take and now it?s time for you to

implement.

Commit to taking action and follow through. When you do this,

poof ?overeating goes away and you are back on track to see

the pounds continue to fall off your body! Now give yourself

a pat on the back and know that you have this tool in your

toolbox anytime overeating strikes.
