Guest guest
Hi, Well my name is Nerida and I have had CFS for 24 yrs now. Ten years ago I developed Lupus and Sjogrens also Fibro. You are doing well to be able to go back to work full-time. I just do a couple of hours a week and that knocks me about terribly. I am sure you will find a lot of listening ears on here. Welcome, Nerida Jessiesmom@... wrote: I am a new member and I just wanted to introduce myself. I am a thirty-two year old mother of two who has been sick for over ten years. Due to financial reasons, I have recently gone back to full time work, and have been experiencing a worsening of symptoms. I just wanted to meet some people who could understand. I look forward to conversing with you.
Guest guest
Hi everybody! Just saying hello, as I joined this group a few days ago. I started listening to IOWL last week and I'm completely hooked! :-) Started from episode 000 and now I'm on episode 022 and I'm actually taking notes as I listen and save the bits that inspire me most (and they are *many*). I already feel a lot better about myself and my weight issues, it's quite remarkable! A little bit about me then.. I live in Sweden (saw that another Swede joined recently, hejsan !) where I live with my husband in Gothenburg on the west coast. I work as an IT architect and I'm 33 years old. I've been struggling with my weight since I left high school and I've tried pretty much everything and still I yo-yo up and down in weight. Well, I figured - been there, done that, got the t-shirts from size 10 to 16! - that it's time to stop bashing my head against the wall and instead try a new approach and I really like 's method and the NLP techniques - so I'm very hopeful! I'm not a hopeless case after all - yay! So what better way to boost the whole process than by participating here?! By the way.. Does anyone have some sort of quick list with the " homework assignments " from all the episodes? I'm putting together some sort of manual so that I can really DO the assignments as intended. Listening to the podcast is great in itself but it will have such a big impact if I actually DO the assignments. Or am I the only ner here, taking notes from every episode? Take care everyone! /Ann-Charlotte
Guest guest
Hi Ann-Charlotte! I'm a new member myself (live in LA), and I've been doing the homework while listening to the podcasts. I usually pause and take some time then and there. And I also re-listen to the podcasts in their entirety after so it sinks in more. I know there's a worksheet in the files section, but I don't think there's a list of actual homework assignments unless someone's done them privately? Good luck and welcome! ________________________________ To: insideoutweightloss Sent: Monday, August 29, 2011 1:32 AM Subject: Hello from a new member!  Hi everybody! Guest guest
LOL!!, No, Ann-Charlotte, you're not the only one with notes galore... I practically have an index of the podcasts--what relates to identity, what relates to forgiveness, what relates to intent, etc.... But I write technical documentation for a living--so indexing is second nature!! Welcome to the group! >________________________________ > >To: insideoutweightloss >Sent: Monday, August 29, 2011 11:32 AM >Subject: Hello from a new member! > > >Â >Hi everybody! > >Just saying hello, as I joined this group a few days ago.
