Guest guest Posted September 20, 2011 Report Share Posted September 20, 2011 So I did my first two intro workouts.. first was OH squats (no weights) then 35lbs kettlebell deadlift done for 20 mins.. 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9, etc per minute second was 10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 each 65 lbs barbell then burpees OY!
