Guest guest
, Consistency is one of the reasons I'm on SparkPeople. I don't track my food, but I'm fairly good at tracking my exercise. And at the very least, I log in every day. Sometimes I start feeling down on myself that I'm not doing enough, or I'm not doing the right things, or [insert your favorite whine here]. And then the end of the month comes, and SparkPeople remembers that I showed up almost every day. I get an award for consistency, when I'd already forgotten how consistent I've been. Since you're already a member there, maybe you can use logging in as your first consistency goal. Once that's in place, work on other things like more consistent exercise, and build from there.... ________________________________ To: insideoutweightloss Sent: Mon, May 16, 2011 4:46:03 PM Subject: Gotta get back on track. Â When eating healthy it's not the eating part that is so hard for me. It's the consistency part. I do well for a week, and then something happens and I go off track for 3 to 4 days. Those three to four days seem to cause a lot of damage and it get's depressing. Anyway, I am back to listening. I need to make this a priority and care enough about myself to make the time to make the correct decision and to work out. Back to basics....again.
