Guest guest Posted May 16, 2011 Report Share Posted May 16, 2011 When eating healthy it's not the eating part that is so hard for me. It's the consistency part. I do well for a week, and then something happens and I go off track for 3 to 4 days. Those three to four days seem to cause a lot of damage and it get's depressing. Anyway, I am back to listening. I need to make this a priority and care enough about myself to make the time to make the correct decision and to work out. Back to basics....again.
