Guest guest
Listening to the podcast daily definitely works wonders for me. If I skip a day I feel like something is missing. ________________________________ To: insideoutweightloss Sent: Friday, August 5, 2011 4:18 PM Subject: New member to the group placed far away in Sweden  Hi All, Since many of you also posted as newbies to this forum I do it as well. just to say Hey. My name is , living in Sweden, age 43 (soon 44). I've tried most diets that exists with status quo result in the end. (Or actually worse lately since I gained more weight). I've just started listen to the podcasts more focused now starting from Episode 0. Even if I am in the start of my transformation I can say this will help in another way than anything else I've comed across. Something I have been " waiting " for - change of behaviour and mindset more than dieting. My tactic is now to listen to 1 show per day during my whole journey. Have you used that tactic with success? Kindest transformation- " good-luck " to everyone,
Guest guest
Hi ! I recently started over at the Prologue too. Guest guest
Hi , I have also started listening recently. What I have been doing is listening to the podcasts at work and will listen to the same one multiple times over a couple days. > > > > Listening to the podcast daily definitely works wonders for me. Guest guest
Hi all! I just joined the group. I have recently found 's podcast and I have listened to the first 32 episodes plus the most recent 3 on iTunes. I am finding the content refreshing, inspiring and challenging. I am thinking differently about my weight and about myself. The latter has been a pleasant surprise. This is a journey that has to do with a lot more than just weight loss. About 10 years ago, I was over 250 pounds. The turning point for me was an odd one. I was teaching my son to downhill ski and I fell on the hill. I was shocked to find I could not get up! I felt like a turtle turned on my back. It frightened me that I had gotten THAT heavy. I also found myself puffing from going up one flight of stairs. I developed gout. I was falling apart and my knees were going. Since then I have lost about 20 to 30 pounds. I have hovered around 230 and as low as 220 pounds for years. The good news is I was pretty stable there (Thanks for that shift ). I am losing again, and it feels natural and not a strain. This is the big difference for me. I don't want to fight and stress over it. I want to be well and I have the goal of getting down to a truly healthy weight. I want to be light and to be attractive. I am glad to be on the way and to be so much lighter already. Thanks for listening, and I look forward to sharing the journey with you. Guest guest
Thanks Ultimate. Interesting how the topic got to be Sweden. I am in Canada, on the other side of the Atlantic. I am amazed at how much my appetite has shifted since starting the podcast series. I am listening to the programs from the start. I am currently listening to # 53. I think I am getting re-programmed. I don't mind getting brainwashed when the parts getting cleaned were rather dirty anyway.  Carlton Larsen Saskatoon Sk ________________________________ To: insideoutweightloss Sent: Tuesday, August 9, 2011 7:38:58 AM Subject: Re: New member to the group placed far away in Sweden  Welcome Carlton > > Welcome Carlton -- it's good to have you with us! > > > > ________________________________ > > To: " insideoutweightloss " <insideoutweightloss > > Sent: Monday, August 8, 2011 8:41 PM > Subject: Re: Re: New member to the group placed far away in Sweden > > >  > Hi all! > > I just joined the group.
