Hello from newbie!

I joined the group just a couple of days ago and have been listening to 's

podcasts about the same amount of time. I'm only on #5 right now. I've had a

lifetime problem with weight and overeating.

I'm finding that so much of what says makes sense! the why's and

wherefore's (which I hadn't ever really thought about before), not just the how,

if that makes sense. :o)

anyhow. hoping to find support for this journey here.
