Guest guest Posted June 23, 2011 Report Share Posted June 23, 2011 thanks for sharing! i like what you are doing.. for me, i would not want to wait a whole two hours if i was truly feeling hunger.. but u are right, waiting a little while (even 15-30 minutes) would be beneficial. also, i LOVE feeling hunger! though slightly uncomfortable, i also find a certain comfort and joy in it, because that means it is time to eat!! perhaps you might actually like the feeling one day..? thanks, Avie > ** > > > I am hungry right now and I am trying something that I NEVER try.
