My name is , living in Sweden, age 43 (soon 44). I've tried most diets that exists with status quo result in the end. (Or actually worse lately since I gained more weight). I've just started listen to the podcasts more focused now starting from Episode 0. Even if I am in the start of my transformation I can say this will help in another way than anything else I've comed across. Something I have been " waiting " for - change of behaviour and mindset more than dieting. My tactic is now to listen to 1 show per day during my whole journey.
