Guest guest Posted June 22, 2011 Report Share Posted June 22, 2011 I am hungry right now and I am trying something that I NEVER try. I am allowing myself to feel the hunger for a while. I am seeing it as a good thing, letting me know I am " on track. " It's an unpleasant feeling, but it is JUST a feeling. I am perfectly fine, even if I feel hungry. My body has plenty of fuel to burn and I am not going to wither away if I postpone eating for a couple of hours. This is new territory to me... I went through 's guided EFT to release the fear of hunger today and it is really sticking with me! Has anyone else done this and found it to help?
