Guest guest Posted May 23, 2011 Report Share Posted May 23, 2011 Hey Eldred, how is taking time to enjoy your food (eating off a plate, eating in the kitchen or dining room instead of in front of the computer or TV) going? Are you still feeling challenged to do it or is it getting a little bit easier? I got my bike out of the garage and to a local bike shop this weekend to have it 'tuned-up' (I haven't taken it out in three years and one of the tires needed to be replaced) - but I'm looking forward to riding it in a few days it reminded me that I haven't heard an update from you on your training! And how is training for your upcoming Make A Wish bike 'marathon' going? How many miles are you peddling total to raise money?
