Guest guest
OK, I really, really like the tapping. I've listened to it twice now--both times in a place where I didn't really feel I could tap along. (Sorry--I'm not " evolved " enough to tap on the bus! LOL!) Both times I had the feeling of shedding layers of negative emotion. I'm planning to make time to do it " right " sometime tomorrow.... But I had a totally different reaction to the guided imagery. A lot of the words and phrases are really similar to what uses--but I like her voice better. Her pace is better, somehow. And she enunciates very clearly.... (Also important when you do a lot of listening surrounded by traffic noise!) His words were fine, and on some level I enjoyed it. But on another level--I felt a very strong lack of trust. Like I didn't want him, his voice, messing around in my subconscious. I couldn't even bring myself to listen a second time, to analyze the feelings.... I've never felt that way with his EFT videos. Anyone else ever have this kind of reaction to a guided journey/hypnosis recording? It felt like an important piece of work that could benefit a lot of folks. FREE " http://www.bradyates.net/loveyourself.html EFT and visualization... enjoy!
