How are you self-correcting during chaotic/stressful/menstrual times?

once that it is the best time to make change, right at the edge of your

despair, stress, chaos.

You know those times when there is a lot of chaos in your life, there is stress,

full moons, and the munchies. How are you ladies and gentleman handling the

munchies when cravings come a-knocking?

I did EFT right before I went straight into a some pretzels, hummus, tabbuli and

a piece of nice dark chocolate. I enjoyed it, I'll admit. Every single crunch,

smear and melt. I other than had a huge negative charge on it, I was simply

eating munchies. At the same time, I would have rather other than be standing in

front of the fridge muching away when I'm at a 4-5 on the hunger scale. I'd

rather be at a 2, sit down outside on my beautiful porch and make a huge crunchy

spinach salad with orange citrus dressing, and some pecans. Then have a small

piece of dark chocolate, or some coconut with a cup of hot tea. Yeah, that would

be my kaizen.

And I'm also curious how your kaizen practices are going. Would anyone like to

share an example of how their kaizen looks? When was a time you re-did a

compulsion and had success with it?
