I'm so thankful that I can run a MILE now (well, it's a slow jog - but I can do

it!)

I'm so thankful that my knees no longer hurt when I get out of bed in the

morning

I'm so thankful that I can lift HEAVY things and that I enjoy it!

I'm so thankful that giving up processed foods wasn't as hard as I thought it

would be

thanks Kim!!  Great train of thought for today!

Subject: What are you Grateful for about your body?

Do something differently today. It alters your reality with little effort. How

about being grateful for what your body is now?

o I'm so thankful I have the ability to climb a latter up and down

o I'm so thankful I wake up in the morning free of aches and pains

o I'm so thankful that my skin is a rich, smooth, virbrant and healthy

o I'm so thankful that my food digets with the least amount of hardships

o I'm so thankful that I have the mental capacity to read and write easily

o I'm so thankful that my knees allow me to drop lower in Tai Chi

o I'm so thankful I can dance Tai Chi with ease and fun thoughout my body

o I'm so thankful I can walk up and down stairs easily and quickly

o I'm so thankful that when I choose to, running is pleasurable and feels good

in my body

o I'm so thankful I can touch my toes

o I'm so thankful I can press my forehead to my knees now

o I'm so thankful that my heart is healthy

o I'm soo thankful my body still loves me and talks to me

What are you thankful for in your body?

Hi ,

The thai chi was great, and I'm going to join them from March on, when they

resume outdoor sessions in our park here! Lovely, very much looking forward to

it.

Was by far the youngest there, which was nice for a change :-)

Take care, karin
