Guest guest
I'm so thankful that I can run a MILE now (well, it's a slow jog - but I can do it!) I'm so thankful that my knees no longer hurt when I get out of bed in the morning I'm so thankful that I can lift HEAVY things and that I enjoy it! I'm so thankful that giving up processed foods wasn't as hard as I thought it would be thanks Kim!! Great train of thought for today!  ________________________________ To: insideoutweightloss Sent: Thursday, October 13, 2011 9:39 AM Subject: What are you Grateful for about your body?  Do something differently today. Guest guest
Hi , The thai chi was great, and I'm going to join them from March on, when they resume outdoor sessions in our park here! Lovely, very much looking forward to it. Was by far the youngest there, which was nice for a change :-) Take care, karin Verstuurd vanaf mijn iPad Op 24 okt. 2011 om 10:28 heeft Sageev het volgende geschreven: > Hi Karin, > > How did the Tai Chi go? > > > > > > > Dear Kim, > > > > Your mail had inspired me to f i n a l y contact my local Tai Chi group and schedule a trial lesson! > > Awesome list! > > > > Cu, Karin > > > > > > > > > > > >
