I've finished listening to for this morning.

Promises for myself:

1. Listen to Joyce Meyers for " inside out negative thoughts and actions loss "

(haha!)

2. 25 mins Yoga for back injury

3. tanning bed

4. 20 mins HIIT (High intensity interval training) with 14 degrees as last

interval.

My prayer for all of you IOWL friends is that all of you will accomplish your

dreams. May you dream big!!!
