Binge free and then binge full... =\

Hi everyone,

I am feeling very discouraged right now. I felt I was doing really well with

my food and didnt feel like I was " white knuckling " it. I was binge free for

about 20 some days and recently, I have been binging more frequently and easily.

I am committing to posting on here everyday. It's like I told myself that I

shouldn't post when I am binging because I am not doing well...but it's the

exact opposite!!! The times I am feeling the most crappy is when it's the most

critical for me to post!

My goal for the rest of thus week is to post on our group every day...whether it

is a response to someone else's post or a new one. Two more goals for the rest

of this week are to listen to an episode of IOWL everyday and write at least two

thingsimy success journal every day. I figured if I broke down my goals in

shorter timeframes, they would seem more doable.
