I have just discovered the IOWL and have only listened to the first couple of

podcasts. I am really excited about this podcast because I have been overweight

for years now and it really is so demotivating. I really can't seem to lose the

weight - I will lose a couple of kg and then I start bingeing until I am right

back where I started :( No matter what I try, the same thing happens every time!

So I am really glad I found this, because I think it is the way I think that

needs changing - not just my body shape!
