In looking at my treadmill, it struck me that the " arms " of the treadmill stick out just like a captain's chair. Sure enough - I hoisted myself off the deck and it functions just like a captain's chair! LOL, I can't believe I've had my treadmill for almost 10 years and it's only now that I realize this. o_O ..
