Guest guest
Isn't an Egg McMuffin with ham, egg and cheese a decent breakfast?

I figured it out before, and it's about 966 calories. I don't remember the sodium/cholesterol. I've been going to bed later this week than I was a couple of weeks ago, so I'm a little burnt out when the alarm goes off in the morning. I don't think I've ridden my bike this week eithere(can't remember if I rode Monday or not). I need to get back to that at least. I used wax paper and the eggs got all discolored...blech. I like the tuna can idea, though! Eldred
