Guest guest Posted June 29, 2011 Report Share Posted June 29, 2011 Hi everyone, I have had a binge almost every single night this week. It happens after work in the evening each time. I look at eating and watching TV as my only way to relax and the only thing that can really soothe me. I was trying to do the re-do in my head but keep getting stuck because I can't seem to find something as " satisfying " as the eating. How does everyone else avoid the night time munchies/binges?
