Looking for a support buddy

Hi,

I started listening to the IOWL podcasts about 4 months ago at the beginning of

March. I found that they were extremely helpful and my relationship with food

began to improve slightly. Recently I moved back in with my parents after

graduating university and things started to take a downhill turn for me. I am

looking for a support buddy and was wondering whether there is anyone else who

needs one too.

I just started listening to the podcast and have found it extremely helpful too!

I'm definitely available to help as a support buddy! It's so hard to do this

individually. I feel like we really can't have enough supports. Write me

whenever! I'm on the computer all the time.
