Guest guest
I think what is holding me back is as soon as I start to lose weight, I get some attention from people and because I want to be " invisible " because I have low self esteem, then I start to gain weight again. Not sure if that makes sense or not. Not sure how to fix that way of thinking. > > Hi, > I am shy too, and I am kind of starting over. Guest guest
That's why I find online support groups easier, too.... Even here, it takes some practice. Which you'll get if you just keep posting. :-) Welcome back! >________________________________ > >To: insideoutweightloss >Sent: Thursday, December 29, 2011 11:21 PM >Subject: Starting Over in Ottawa > > >Â >Hello Everyone, > >I joined this group way back in 2009 and hung around for a few months, then I guess lost my way somehow. Guest guest
Hi again, Wow! I know how you feel and every time I get lower in weight I get scared. I get scared of what to wear or to buy? It takes so much time. Then I get noticed. I like to be a wall flower but I want to be at my goal weight. Such an inner conflict. I know I need to be at my goal weight so I do not ruin my health. On the other hand - what do I do next once I am at goal? This is a fear. Guest guest
I hear that. when i hit ideal weight i almost panic. I am trying to visualize myself at ideal weight so perhaps I will be more comfortable with it when I get there. Will let you know if it works. Sent from my iPad > Hi again, > Wow! Guest guest
Thank you, Eldred I do have many gifts that I am working on. And yes I am still changing the way I am eating. I am going to start visualizing and eating at my ideal weight. Being January 1, tomorrow, today is the perfect day to start. Thank you again for your support. ________________________________ To: insideoutweightloss Sent: Friday, December 30, 2011 8:27 PM Subject: Re: Re: Starting Over in Ottawa  > Hi again, > Wow!
