Life's lessons and why I try to watch for them

Well this email had started off as a simple reply to Colleen's message, but

after much rambling, I thought that it might be smart to change the subject

of the email, heh...

Thanks Colleen,

That is the kind of mentality that I've been attempting to cultivate as

well. I may not always succeed at that, but I believe what really matters is

the fact that I'm making progress.

Life is overflowing with lessons, some obvious, some more obscure. I try to

look for the lessons, not so I can punish myself if I did something " wrong, "

but so I can really be receptive to the invaluable guidance that only

first-hand experiences can provide.

Man, you guys have already got me rambling.. Haha...
