Welcome, ! As says, you shouldn't worry about going a little off

topic in a reply. On the other hand, if you have a question or comment and you

want to be sure people see your message, it helps to keep the subject line

relevant.... (She says, slipping into technical writer mode! Sorry!! LOL!)

If you want to start a new topic without feeling like you're hijacking the

thread, there are a couple of options:

* hit reply, but change the subject line to something like " Introduction " or...

" Hijacking threads " . :-)

* Start a new email, addressed to  insideoutweightloss

* Go to the yahoogroup and start a new messge there

* Use the link at the bottom of each message to start a new post.

Hope that helps, and hope to see lots of posts! :-)

Ahhh, that makes sense, thank you! And thank you guys for the warm welcome.

I'm feeling good about my decision to step out of my comfort zone and

communicate with you all.

On a side note- woohoo it's Friday!

Ohhh no haha.. wow now it's in my head! I'm attempting to replace it.. By

attempting to sing " Rolling in the Deep. "

Key word here: attempting :)

Very catchy song though, it's been in my head lately. Better than " Friday, "

at least. :D
