Guest guest Posted December 4, 2011 Report Share Posted December 4, 2011 I just discovered this evening--I've preordered her book (can't wait to read it!) and listened to her very first podcast. I am excited to learn how to have a normal relationship with food and my body. I suffer from something Marc (my favorite nutritionist) calls a " High Fact Diet " . I read WAY too many diet books. LOL!!! I am so confused by all the different methods of eating -- I stress out at meal times. I have no idea what a balanced diet is. No carbs? No grains? Calorie control? No whites? No animals? Yes animals....I've tried it all. I've gone to Nutrition school, I've studied all the " anti-diet " philosophies. I still have no idea what to eat. I sure hope I can recover from all this craziness and just be normal. --AND of course, lose about 20 lb in the process. Thanks for listening!!
