sometimes planning ahead or as some call it a 'pre-do' might help, especially

now that you're noticing what the triggers are - it's easier to plan for them

(whether it's eating lighter a day before and the day after, or planning on

special foods, whatever works for you).

I was in binge mode yesterday. We were doing some driving which threw me off

schedule and then once we got home I was very hungry and just in a celebratory

mood due to Father's Day and that we had just purchased a new camper so I went

overboard with the eating. I even realized what I was doing but didn't stop.

But it does help me realize a couple trigger points - traveling and celebrations

so I will just move forward from here.

I also binged like crazy yesterday.  I knew what I was doing and didn't care.

My trigger was that I was feeling down. Next time I feel this way I will do

something else like sew to make me feel better instead of eating.
