Guest guest
sometimes planning ahead or as some call it a 'pre-do' might help, especially now that you're noticing what the triggers are - it's easier to plan for them (whether it's eating lighter a day before and the day after, or planning on special foods, whatever works for you).  ________________________________ To: insideoutweightloss Sent: Monday, June 20, 2011 6:21 AM Subject: Re: IOWL - commitments  I was in binge mode yesterday. We were doing some driving which threw me off schedule and then once we got home I was very hungry and just in a celebratory mood due to Father's Day and that we had just purchased a new camper so I went overboard with the eating. I even realized what I was doing but didn't stop. But it does help me realize a couple trigger points - traveling and celebrations so I will just move forward from here. Guest guest
I also binged like crazy yesterday. Â I knew what I was doing and didn't care. Â My trigger was that I was feeling down. Next time I feel this way I will do something else like sew to make me feel better instead of eating. >________________________________ > >To: insideoutweightloss >Sent: Monday, June 20, 2011 9:21 AM >Subject: Re: IOWL - commitments > > >Â > >I was in binge mode yesterday.
