Guest guest
I tried the alphabetical gratitude thing as I was drifting off to sleep. The only B I could thing of was bacon. That led to candy for C. Then I couldn't think of a D. Told you I had trouble with the gratitude thing. Guest guest
Horrific day at work. Utterly horrible, as in pulling stuff out of the product 3 business days before release, which all needs to come out of the documentation now. My away from motivation is to stop myself from sending mail bombs, and remind myself that food or caffeine are NOT the answer. So I am forcing myself to do an alpha gratitude list: Aquamarines Books Cashmere Dad East coast Fluffy Gluten free Hope Ice water Jabberwocky Kindle Love Maytee Nourishment Orpheus by Monteverdi Polartec robe Quiet Rest Sun Today Ugg slippers Velvet throw Wainscot Yahoo IOWL group Zips (easily)
Guest guest
Good list and SOOOO proud of you for coming here when you were stressed out. I know what you mean about " mail bombs. " I got myself in big trouble doing just that, and I lost a few friends because of it too. :::hugs::: You got this. Don't forget to take some breaks today, maybe go for a little walk if you can swing it. Good luck. > ** > > > Horrific day at work. Guest guest
I felt really good after writing that list. And you know what? They delayed the release by a week! Now I can do my job and do it well. And I don't have to eat over it, though I actually am quite hungry for lunch now! Amelia, I meant literally sending an explosive, ROFL. I was pretty pissed off!! **looks around in worry that there might be federal agents lurking** ________________________________ To: insideoutweightloss Sent: Friday, January 13, 2012 1:21 PM Subject: Re: Re: A New " Away From " Motivation Good list and SOOOO proud of you for coming here when you were stressed out. Guest guest
Loved the list! Especially the Z ! It helps to keep things in perspective (I think you're not a pediatric oncologist?) Drop inside and know that " All is well and all will be well " . b. > Good list and SOOOO proud of you for coming here when you were stressed > out. I know what you mean about " mail bombs. Guest guest
Good point about perspective, B. No, not a pediatric oncologist. If I make a mistake at work, nobody dies. ________________________________ To: " insideoutweightloss " <insideoutweightloss > Sent: Friday, January 13, 2012 3:39 PM Subject: Re: Re: A New " Away From " Motivation Loved the list!
