Guest guest
What about " I am committed to eat healthy foods to satisfaction and to trust that my body knows what is good for it? " Sent on the Sprint® Now Network from my BlackBerry® IOWL - commitments hi y'all. i binged again yesterday.. i know that i am mainly triggered by exhaustion, and the calorie counting. so.. i am committed to NOT counting calories (i know that's a negative statement, but im not sure how to restate it). thanks!! Guest guest
here are a couple from my tapping practice (all could be easily modified!) even though I'm obsessed with food I choose to be at peace around food even though I binge because I think I'm wortheless, I choose to let go for now and feel love surrounding me even though I eat to avoid my feeling, I choose to let go for now and feel love surrounding me ________________________________ To: insideoutweightloss Sent: Sunday, June 19, 2011 9:53 AM Subject: Re: IOWL - commitments What about " I am committed to eat healthy foods to satisfaction and to trust that my body knows what is good for it? Guest guest
My goal for the day and week is to let my binge from yesterday go. To listen to my body and eat when i'm hungry and eat balanced meals. Also try and steer clear of thinking too much about low calorie foods, and scheming about ways to loose weight. Let my mind be at ease, let my body take charge and send me signs of hunger and satisfaction. Maybe if I truly listen to my body, I will loose weight naturally?! Hope everyone is having a easeful day, full of breath and peace.-
Guest guest
I was in binge mode yesterday. We were doing some driving which threw me off schedule and then once we got home I was very hungry and just in a celebratory mood due to Father's Day and that we had just purchased a new camper so I went overboard with the eating. I even realized what I was doing but didn't stop. But it does help me realize a couple trigger points - traveling and celebrations so I will just move forward from here.
