If you don't want to feel guilty, how do you want to feel instead?

Peaceful? Content? Happy? Accomplished or proud of making the right choice?

Neutral? Accepting? Well-fueled? Satiated?

Subject: Full Filled; Towards Motivation

I am having a hard time writing my towards motivation.  One of the things

suggests we try is to look at our " I don't want " statement and change it to a

positive statement.  There is a theme with a number of my away from statements

but for the life of me I can not come up with a positive, towards statement that

fits.  Maybe one of you could help.

My away from motivation is.  " I do not want to feel guilty when I eat " .  What

would be a positive turn around for this phrase?

I want to enjoy every single morsel of every delicious meal and snack. I trust

myself to provide tasty, life-giving nourishment.
