Thanks to all of you for trying - but when I follow the links you have pasted it

tells me that it is unavailable. The only button to press is for the hard back

of it. I've tried on my amazon phone app as well, in case it was my PC

blocking it. Bizarre!

Try iTunes. I am in Canada so could not download from all sources. The

publisher, Simon and Schuster, provided me links to all the retailers that

might carry it, or you could download directly from them if you are in the USA.
