Guest guest Posted January 18, 2012 Report Share Posted January 18, 2012 Since I switched to a more primal/paleo way of eating, I don't get hypoglycemic at all.. sure, I'll get hungry.. but never gnaw off my arm/I'm going to faint hungry.. because there are no sugar highs or lows in my diet.. I used to listen to the podcast but that was a while ago. I bought the FULL-FILLED book and have been working my way through the week 1 exercises. My " moving towards are: I want to eat healthy food in reasonable amounts I want to feel good in my clothes I want to feel free to buy clothes in any style I want to have lots of energy I want to lose the weight and keep it off.
