Since I switched to a more primal/paleo way of eating, I don't get

hypoglycemic at all.. sure, I'll get hungry.. but never gnaw off my

arm/I'm going to faint hungry.. because there are no sugar highs or lows

in my diet.. It's amazing how that works out... It also solves issues

with not having a healthy snack around.. Because I don't need it! :)

Hi Joyce!

I like your week 1 away froms.. I think we are close to the same point with

IOWL.. I am finishing up week 1. I used to listen to the podcast but that was a

while ago. I bought the FULL-FILLED book and have been working my way through

the week 1 exercises. My " moving towards are:

I want to eat healthy food in reasonable amounts

I want to feel good in my clothes

I want to feel free to buy clothes in any style

I want to have lots of energy

I want to lose the weight and keep it off.

I want to know how to eat mindfully at family gatherings, receptions and parties

I want to feel free of my weight issues

I want to feel like an energetic in control person

I want to make my own choices about what I eat

I'll be thinking of everyone in this group today as we move towards all we are

wanting!
