Hi Everyone,

Today, I did a 20-minute HIIT session. It felt easy, so for the last interval,

I actually ran for 90 seconds, instead of 60 seconds. That was a bit tough, but

I did it! Afterwards, I walked for 20 minutes. I think for the next HIIT

session, it's time to up the speed!
