I have lost a total of 20 lbs. but recently put 10 lbs. back on, mostly due to a parasite infection that I am currently trying to heal from. I think that one of the factor that prevented me from completely incorporating all the concepts of IOWL is the lack of support and this is why I now feel ready for a virtual friend with whom I could communicate via email (I am Canadian but now live in Australia) to share our progresses. I would like to find somebody that is following the low-carb principles or the Paleo diet, as it is what I am doing. I know that the type of diet should not be the focus but for me it has helped me satiate my appetite more than other diets and was wondering of somebody else was following the same path... Thanks!
