Guest guest
I have known for some time now that I need to change something on the inside in order to change the outside. I didn't have a clue where to start. I found your book at my favourite bookstore just as I was coming out of yet another 4 day binge!! I thought if that's not a sign then I don't know what is!! I read most of the book through and then I went back to the very beginning!! I have learned so much!! The journaling and digging in can be very hard at times. I think one of the most inspiring things is the knowledge that I don't have to change certain behaviours or relationships if I don't want to, but I have the power to decide what to do and not just feel like a victim. It doesn't mean I have to run away from everything or bury my head in the sand and pretend nothing is wrong. I can examine whatever my motivation is and I get to decide how I am going to change it. There are no wrong answers here!!
