Hi Guys,

Been part of the group for a little bit but haven't had much to say. I've

really appreciated being able to read and be part of all your journeys.

Just discovered what type of eater I am- which was a huge break through for me.

Is anyone else an overachieving multitasker? I'd love to find some support and

see what you choose to do instead of eat when you're stressed or overworked.

Also, anyone have any great recipes or suggestions for dinners to eat?

Are you guys counting calories?

How much weight has everyone lost so far?

Love & Peace to You All,

Alison

Alison,

That's the category I came out the strongest in too. I'm working on not eating

when I have down time. I feel like I have to be doing something all the time, if

not several things at once. We can figure it out together as we go along.

Love the name by the way. My daughter is an .
