I've really appreciated being able to read and be part of all your journeys. Just discovered what type of eater I am- which was a huge break through for me. Is anyone else an overachieving multitasker? I'd love to find some support and see what you choose to do instead of eat when you're stressed or overworked. Also, anyone have any great recipes or suggestions for dinners to eat? Are you guys counting calories? How much weight has everyone lost so far? I feel like I have to be doing something all the time, if not several things at once. We can figure it out together as we go along. Love the name by the way. My daughter is an .
