Workout - April 29

Hi Everyone,

Today's workout was a mixed bag. I started off with 10 minutes of running and

then did various weight exercises. Not just the usual free weight kind of

exercises, but I also incorporated bodyweight exercises (like mountain

climbers), plyometrics (like quick jumping side to side), and isometrics (like

lifting weights into a challenging position and holding them). I also did some

balance exercises on my stability ball, did a couple things with a medicine

ball, and a couple of kettlebell style exercises, but using dumbbells because I

don't have a kettlebell. Finally, I walked for 20 minutes at the end. I

focused on my arms and core, because I'm " saving " my legs for a run tomorrow.
