Therese, I don't think the workbook and program guide are available right now -

but I heard they may become available in December.... Not really sure, but I

think is writing a book! Send her an email and I'm sure she'll

respond...

there isn't a workbook any longer - pulled it from the web site due to an

upcoming book deal.
